Thank you for shopping with Couple Custom Studio. Because our products are custom-made, we ask that you review our return policy carefully.

Return Eligibility:

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.

Custom & Personalized Items:

Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Return Approval:

All returns must be approved prior to being sent back. To request a return, please contact us at [c.customstudio@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping:

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Process:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
